Don Coleman

Don has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, capital markets and portfolio management. He previously worked at PNC Bank and Midland Loan Services in a broad variety of roles including asset management and due diligence. Don also managed the loan refinancing program for Midland’s commercial mortgage servicing portfolio which is a vast nationwide portfolio secured by every property category.

Don has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, capital markets and portfolio management. He previously worked at PNC Bank and Midland Loan Services in a broad variety of roles including asset management and due diligence. Don also managed the loan refinancing program for Midland’s commercial mortgage servicing portfolio which is a vast nationwide portfolio secured by every property category.

John supports clients in all aspects of commercial real estate financing solutions including loan origination, debt and equity sourcing, structuring and underwriting.

With a successful history of opening the Kansas City real estate financing market for HSBC Bank, New Penn Financial, and Capstone Financial.  John was part of the Debt team that opened and grew the Kansas City market from zero to over $150,000,000 in fundings in three years.   

John supports clients in all aspects of commercial real estate financing solutions including loan origination, debt and equity sourcing, structuring and underwriting.

With a successful history of opening the Kansas City real estate financing market for HSBC Bank, New Penn Financial, and Capstone Financial.  John was part of the Debt team that opened and grew the Kansas City market from zero to over $150,000,000 in fundings in three years.
